　　ACCA考試作為全球統一化的考試，涉及內容幾乎囊括會計行業所有。因此對于很多ACCA學員來講，或多或少存在科目難關。ACCA考試科目P5就難倒了很多ACCA學員，今天小編就為大家解毒一下那些公認的難考的ACCA考試科目。
　　
　　首我們先看一下ACCA考試科目F5，F5科目都有哪些重點呢？

　　1.Activity based costing（作業成本法）

　　在答題過程中我們要注意兩點：

　　• Calculate the full cost per unit of each product in the last year using activity based costing.Do your calculations to two decimal places.

　　• Explain briefly how activity based costing may help The Gadget Co improve the profitability of each product.

　　2.Target costing（目標成本法）

　　一般會要求考生

　　• Describe how the Sickham UHS Trust is likely,in current circumstances,to try to derive，包括：

　　1.A target cost for the services that it provides under the'payment by results'scheme

　　2.A target cost for transplants and heart operations

　　• Discuss three of the particular difficulties that the Sickham UHS Trust may find in using target costing in its service provision.

　　3.Sales mix and quantity variances

　　4.Planning and opertional variance

　　5.Financial performance indicators

　　6.Transfer price

　　在F5的答題過程中，一定要利用好15分鐘的讀題時間，把問題理解透徹，一些基礎知識點如LIFECYCLE、PRICING、BUDGET SYSTEM、VARIANCE ANALYSIS、TRANSFER PRICE、PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT等都要爛熟于心，不要在不會的題目上浪費太多時間，情愿多寫一點東西！

　　接著，我們來看看F5的進階科目P5都會考些啥。

　　在占比50分的Q1中，題目一般具有以下特征：

　　范圍較廣（涉及3-4parts）；

　　題目有4-5個要求；

　　計算與論述混合；

　　有專業分的考核。

　　而Q2-4的Optional questions則有：

　　較窄的出題范圍（1-2個topics）；

　　沒有專業分考核；

　　考題場景較短。

　　我們將P5的考點分成5個part，考生可重點關注Part D和Part E（至少涉及到Q1中3個問題）

　　Part A

　　1.SWOT;Benchmarking

　　2.BPR;Business integration(Mckinsey’s 7S;Value chain)

　　3.Budgeting application

　　4.Stakeholder analysis

　　Part B

　　1.PESTEL

　　2.Risk and uncertainty analysis

　　Part E（可能出現在Q1）

　　1.Models(Balanced scorecard;Building Block;Performance Prism;BCG’s matrix;Porter’s five forces etc)

　　2.Corporate failure(Quantitative and qualitative models)

　　關于P5的考試技巧，需要注意的主要有兩點，一個是時間管理，另一個就是在回答問題之前列一個答案提綱。時間管理方面，Section A部分給自己10分鐘的讀題時間，80分鐘的做題時間，Section B部分給自己5分鐘的時間讀題選題，每道題花費50分鐘左右。答題方面，讀完題目之后，先列一個答案提綱，然后對應提綱再讀case，選擇有用的信息，最后再拓展你所列的答案tips和勾選的有用信息。

　　最后，一起來看看P1的重點及技巧吧。

　　通常來說，P1的考試題型會先讓你對某個名詞做出基本定義的解釋，然后將該名詞結合case來進行分析。在根據模型進行論述分析的時候，考生要明確寫出這幾個點：

　　What are the facts of the case?？事實是什么？

　　What are the ethical issues?？道德問題是什么？

　　What are the norms and principles that apply？公司的道德標準

　　What are the alternatives？有哪些可選的options？

　　Which option is most consistent with norms and principles？哪個與公司道德最符合？

　　What are the consequences of each option？每個option的后果？

　　What is the decision？最終決定。

　　在P1考試中，同樣有幾個值得關注的得分技巧。

　　• 時間管理（注意keywords，邊讀題邊highlight或者underline有用信息）

　　• 注意考題中使用的動詞（如“define”是讓你定義，“explain”是讓你解釋，不能弄混）

　　• 使用正確的格式（如題目要求你寫letter、memo/emails、還是report，不同的要求采用不同的格式）
